Subscription & Billing

MyQuery.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

Subscription Plans: Detailed information about our subscription plans, including features, limitations, and pricing, is available on our website and in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Billing cycles begin on the date you subscribe and continue until you cancel your subscription.

Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle billing and payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through these processors.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan.

Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees, except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Arbitration: For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyQuery.ai regarding the Service.
